This deposit of limestone
has stood the test of time. Lueders Limestone has been
quarried, shipped out, and used in construction since
the early 1900's. Our Lueders Limestone is quarried
in large blocks, diamond sawn into different thickness
slabs, then chopped to produce the desired product.
This quarry has several layers each having its own distinct
color. All of these colors are very consistent and will
perform the same every time. We are proud to offer more
colors in our Lueders Quarry than any one else. The
colors are Cream, Two-Tone, Antique, Butterscotch, Caramel,
Latte, Roughback-Mix, Imperial Blend, and Roughback.
The subtle change in color from one ledge to another
enables you to mix the different Lueders stones beautifully
together, while still maintaining the desired color
blend. The warm cream, tan and gold tones with a possible
light gray, make the Lueders stone an excellent choice
for those who do not want the pure white tones of the
Austin Limestone. Any of the Lueders colors can, however,
stand alone without the compliment of another color.
